Terms of service

CatalogRoute turns a supplier price list into a file you can import into Square. It reads your spreadsheet, matches it against your Square export, and writes a new workbook.

We can change or stop a feature. If a paid feature goes away, you can cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.

The spreadsheet is read by code running in your tab. No copy is uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to lose or to delete.

That also means you keep the file. We cannot recover a file you closed, and we cannot look at your rows to help with a support question.

Connecting is your choice. When you connect, you authorize CatalogRoute to read and to write your Square catalog on your instruction.

We read the catalog when you ask for it. We write only the rows you approved, and only when you press Push to Square. No push happens on its own, on a schedule, or without that button.

You can disconnect at any time from Settings or from the tool. That revokes our access at Square and deletes the stored token.

Your Square account stays yours, under your own agreement with Square. You are responsible for the changes you approve.

An account stores your email address, your saved supplier settings and counts of your runs. You must give a real address, because sign-in goes through it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Write to support@catalogroute.com if you think someone else has your sign-in link.

You can delete the account from Settings. That removes your rows from our database.

Pro and Business are subscriptions. The Single File Pass is one payment for one uncapped export inside 24 hours.

Stripe takes the payment and holds the card details. We never see a card number.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added only where the law requires it.

A subscription renews on its own until you cancel it.

Cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. The plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not refund part of a month after that period has started, except where the refund policy says otherwise.

Use the service for your own catalog work. Do not resell it, scrape it, or run it against files you have no right to.

Do not try to break the rate limits, the payment flow or anyone else's account.

We can close an account that does any of the above, and we will say why.

The code your browser downloads is ours. Copying it, republishing it, or building another service from it is not allowed.

Reading it in your own browser is fine. That is how the tool runs.

Square owns its import format and can change it. We follow it closely, but we cannot promise that every generated file imports without an error.

Check the preview before you import. You decide what goes into your own catalog.

The service is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind.

If something goes wrong and we are liable, the most we owe you is the total of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

We are not liable for lost sales, lost data or other indirect losses.

Nothing here removes a right your local law gives you and does not let us waive.

We can update these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects a paid plan is emailed to you first.

Using the service after a change means you accept it.
